Launching his debut solo album, Rock ‘n Roll Ain’t Easy, in Sydney on Sunday, 18th February at Frankie’s Pizza, Dizzy Reed has arrived in Australia and dropped the second single from the album, which is set for release this Friday, 16th February.
Rock ‘n Roll Ain’t Easy is 12 tracks of pure rock (or 13, if you download the digital version) with Reed uniting with fellow members of Guns N’ Roses, along with some other greats, including players from: W.A.S.P., Quiet Riot, Psychedelic Furs, Thin Lizzy, No Doubt, The Replacements, Queens of the Stone Age, and more.
‘I Celebrate’ is the second offering from the album and has all the makings for a rock radio hit with penetrating vocals and a solid hook, that kicks off with banging drums and guitar riffs that take you on a full-on ride from start to finish. The track features Mike Dupke (drums, cowbell), Mike Duda (bass), Richard Fortus (guitars), Mars Williams (saxophone), Dizzy Reed (lead vocals, backing vocals, clarinet, congas tambourine, shaker), Nadja Reed and Del James (backing vocals).
