The most delicious and perfect collaboration to date, Nutrition Republic welcomed Pana Chocolate to Adelaide last night. The launch was full of raw pleasures including healthy cakes and soul warming coconut hot chocolates. Each Pana Chocolate dessert is handcrafted into an exquisite piece of art that’s almost too good to eat—almost. It was nearly impossible to move through the crowded cafe—the air electric with anticipation for the first bite.
Nutrition Republic is a local family owned health café located in Goodwood. The café was born after co-owner, Nicole Sumracki noticed a gap in the market for quick, unprocessed, nutritious food in a café environment. Nutrition Republic is well known for its elixir bar as well as the organic espresso—the espresso bar has its own organic, fair trade coffee blend. All of the items on the menu are free from gluten, dairy, and refined sugar, and are completely delicious. Nutrition Republic also has a small retail store to purchase organic snacks and ingredients to take home.
Pana Chocolate has its roots in Melbourne, and is spreading its branches into South Australia. The handmade raw chocolate bars and desserts are created from certified organic ingredients grown in sustainable environments. The treats are free from gluten, dairy, soy, and refined sugar. In fact, the raw desserts are full of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals to make you glow from the inside out. This fits in perfectly with Nutrition Republic’s values of guilt free nutritious food. Pana Chocolate has always wanted to find a place in Adelaide, and Nutrition Republic was the perfect fit.
The night was a delicious showing of what’s in store for Nutrition Republic. There were too many decadent desserts to choose from: Blueberry and Lemon, Caramel Choc Chunk, and Triple Berry—just to name a few. A menu standout was the specialty chocolate—it will truly make you reconsider the sugar-loaded supermarket shelf chocolate.
Although Pana Chocolate is known for its amazing desserts, the brand also supports a range of vegan and vegetarian groups, animal welfare programs, charities, community groups, and health organisations. Think of it as you’re doing the world a favour with every delicious bite you take.
Enjoy the decadent desserts without any of the guilt and head down to Nutrition Republic for a much needed health boost and Pana Chocolate hit.
